I'm using myself as a case study to see how quick one can lose weight using the methods in "4 Hour Body" by Tim Ferris all while educating you in the most boring way possible on how to effectively achieve your fitness goals using Tim Ferris' revelation of a book. This will be an ongoing case study until i test and experiment on almost every section of this book.
Main four sections I am personally interested in: 1. Losing Fat (dropping down to 12% body fat) 2. Adding Muscle Mass (adding punds and pounds of muscle) 3. Gaining Strength (being able to bench 230 lbs.)

Funny. Actually "God" in the Christian Bible stated to take "one day off a week". Don't eat fruit ..ha ha. Eat what you like = but yes stay away from soda. In moderation... "finer notes" ... hummm. Yes on 20 grams protein. subscribe back and dance with me--- more exercise vs. calories is the best diet. :)
