Hi, I discovered your videos today and enjoyed them a lot. :-)))
For me, both languages (English and Czech) are foreign languages, because I'm from Germany, but I could understand almost everything. My brother moved to Prague several years ago, so I try to learn Czech now in order to visit him there. He is doing quite well there, but his grammar isn't far as good as yours. ;-)

Mednos, I've always attributed it to the fact that once you start reaching a certain level of proficiency in a language, new concepts and words become increasingly rare. Rarer types of sentence structures that aren't used very often can fade too, causing people to have to go back and reaquaint themselves with it--or at the very least stare at the sentence for a lil while to wrap their head around it. The way to get over that roadblock is to go outside of your comfort zone to new types of materials--such as reading foreign news articles about things you might not normally encounter (like a medical article or whatever else). It introduces new vocabulary and idioms into your repertoire so that you broaden your comfort zone and start learning again at a quicker pace :P

Hello, I am going to make a video explaining why we learn languages. I am asking some Youtube polyglots to make a video discussing why they learn other languages. I am going to put the responses together into one video. Let me know if you would be willing to make a contribution.

Intermediate language learners very often remain at a certain level of language competence, they seem to improve very little after they reached a certain fluency level and acquired enough vocabulary to read and speak freely. Have you experienced the same? Why do you think is this, what is your explanation to this phenomena?

Your Czech is very good. You just need to practice your r's a bit more (yours seem to be a bit more uvular than alveolar), and you need to get used to omitting the personal pronouns when they're not stressed or emphasised (such as já). It is of course not wrong to use them, it is just we don't use them as often as in English, but if you live in Prague now, you will get used to that very quickly.
