I'm a slim guy who worked hard to get there. I went from the top of "normal" BMI to close to near the bottom of the "healthy" range.

I love my weight, have no interest in "eating more hamburgers" or otherwise stuffing myself so I look like the average American. Now, I'm my own thinspo.

Into swimming and stretching like a cat, basking in the warm sunlight.

If you like what I post, SUBSCRIBE! I'll try to keep posting videos as long as Youtube lets me.

I never starve, binge, restrict, and I'm a Flexitarian (mostly vegetarian). I'm trying to be healthy, and not trying to waste away...so please don't ask me to lose more weight, okay?
