I try to make "How To Videos" on Outdoor Survival, Disaster/Emergency Preparedness, Health & Safety, Bush Crafting, My pets/family, & such... I also post Contraversial videos on Politcs, Religion, Birth/God Given Rights, Gun Control, Gay Rights, & so forth... I Favorite any videos I feel fit into my channel's design, & I do not discriminate based on differing oppinions & feel that differing beliefs are not a reason to destroy/ruin a Friendship...

I'm an avid outdoorsmen. I injoy camping, hiking, mountain climbing, biking, & kayaking. Used to be in the Army as a Combat Medic & before that a Communications Spec. I am currently retired & recieve 2 pensions. I am a Health & Safety Instructor w/Red Cross. I teach disaster preparedness & CPR/First Aid all levels & many other courses. I spend a lot of time volunteering in the community with different orgs. like Red Cross, Salvation Army, FEMA, Childrens Museum, Big Brothers/Sisters, Boy Scouts, etc... I research diferent topics that intrest me & write papers on them. I spend a lot of time going to school getting one degree after another lately because you can never know to much.

Hey Ryan some questions. What do you get out of camping? Am I wrong or are these recent trips some sort of class and not some camping group like the one you did in pennsylvania? It seems to me that camping is more solitary and long term. Do you get anything out of these short trips. Do you ever do hikes like along the appalachian trail or its equivilant on the upper penninsula. How big is camping there, I didn't even know walmart sold camping supplies.
