I love the sign idea : "How can debt be the problem AND the solution". My idea is a quote from Albert Einstein : "We can't solve our problems with the same thinking we used to create them ". We also can't solve our problems with the same people that created them .

The teabags won't have great impact. Low level civil service employees will funnel them away before our "representatives" ever know how many were sent. A MARCH ON DC would have impact. Trap the bastards in the Capitol Building and in the White House by the sheer numbers of people blocking all traffic in the city, and don't let them out until they recognize that they are supposed to be reflecting the views of the majority. The level of self interest has grown beyond any level we can continue to allow. "Thomas Paine" is absolutely correct. Our "Representatives" have to live by the same laws we live by, and a "servant of the people" must have term limits. If we don't impose a reasonable level of government, we will be looking at a dictatorship within ten (10) years. The time for action is NOW.

This should be accomplished during this summer while they are in session.
