I don't rap no, I've written rhymes but it's not a big hobby I concentrate on like that, when you listen to a lot of hip hop you just pick up the basic ability to rhyme. I am more of a producer, again not something I get too serious about, but it's definitely something I strive to always improve in. Once I feel I'm dope enough I'll start posting beats up, just for fun in a month or two.

J Cole is also dope, don't buy his album I was disappointed. Listen to his mixtapes 'The Warm Up' and Friday Night Lights' specifically. If you just want to start off with one song, listen to 'Return of Simba', that's him at his peak, it's dope as fuck

Jay Electronica, my personal favorite, reap hip hop at it's finest. He's been through a massive struggle (unlike many other rappers today). He's got such a vision for his music, plus he's a lyrical beast like few others, I'm talking elite shit here. Listen to Exhibit A and Exhibit C, then work your way through the rest of his shit, he hasn't dropped his debut yet.

You should check out 'Blu' (no e at the end!). He's dope, check out 'Below the Heavens', top ten album for me, front to back, never get's old.
