The Vietnam War was between the North and South. The South believed in voting and the North believed in equal rights. The North of Vietnam got support from China, Beijing, and Indonesia. The South got support from the United States. Later then the U.S. decide not to come to the war battle. So the South lost support and lost the war. Some people like my dad went on a boat to flee from Vietnam. Other people may have been captured and taken to a refugee camp. Others may have just walked away from Vietnam. The war was really bad, now you see alot of people around the world that fled from Vietnam. Ask some people about their story. It may be interesting.
