Honks treffen Hollywood ...
Ein Job ist ein Job, sagt sich der erfolglose Theaterschauspieler Alexander (Matthias Schweighöfer), verwandelt sich in "Alexandra", schlägt alle Konkurrentinnen aus dem Feld und ergattert tatsächlich eine Frauenrolle in einem großen Hollywoodfilm! Aber kann er in Pumps und ausgestopftem BH auf Dauer überzeugen?
Mehr als ihm lieb ist! Sein Kollege (Max Giermann) beginnt ihn zu begrabschen, auch der genialische Regisseur (Joachim Meyerhoff) findet ihn unwiderstehlich, Alex' Ex-Freundin (Susanne Bormann) flippt aus und seine ruppigen Brüder (Detlev Buck, Maximilian Brückner) und deren durchgeknallter Kumpel (Denis Moschitto) mischen das Filmset auf.
Alex würde seine falschen Locken am liebsten an den Nagel hängen, wenn es nicht längst zu spät wäre - er hat sich unsterblich in seine Partnerin verliebt: Superstar Sarah Voss (Alexandra Maria Lara). Ist Alex Frau genug, um seinen Mann zu stehen?
Detlev Buck inszenierte "Rubbeldiekatz" nach einem Drehbuch von Anika Decker ("KeinOhrHasen", "ZweiOhrKüken") als mitreißend turbulente Komödie mit einer guten Prise typischem Buck-Humor - die Hauptrollen spielen Matthias Schweighöfer ("Friendship!", "ZweiOhrKüken") und Alexandra Maria Lara ("Wo ist Fred?", "Der Untergang").
Mit Maximilian Brückner ("Räuber Kneißl", "Kirschblüten - Hanami"), Denis Moschitto ("Chiko", "Kebab Connection") und Milan Peschel ("Mitte Ende August", "Hände weg von Mississippi") ist der Film bis in die Nebenrollen hochkarätig besetzt.

Charlotte S. Waisman and Jill S. Tietjen's Her Story: A Timeline of the Women Who Changed America is like a slideshow of American women's history. Pictures and photographs along with short captions document women who've excelled in areas of American culture, including science, politics, business, entertainment and sports. The ones we all know from history class (Pocahontas) and popular culture (Oprah Winfrey) are here. Many are lesser known but no less interesting; for example, Sister Rose Thering, who was instrumental in the Vatican's repeal of its policy of holding Jews responsible for the crucifixion.
One fascinating set of photographs shows a Boston Marathon official trying to tear off K. Switzer'Click to enlarge: Page 158s race number when he realizes the "K" stands for Kathrine (in 1967 Switzer became the first woman to officially enter and run in the event). With more than 900 women profiled, this book is a perfect addition to any library: public, school, college or personal.
