This is video stabilized & zoomed in fan footage of LeBron James spending several agonizing minutes hesitating about diving into a Barcelona swimming pool on August 23, 2011.
It takes LeBron almost three minutes before he finally jumps, and he does so only after impatient chants of "jump, jump, jump" from the audience and pleas from the public address announcer, as well as a prompt from a Jay-Z/Kanye West song that calls LeBron out by name.

Incredible Univision television feed of a panic-stricken stadium emptying out due to gunshots near Estadio Corona in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico. Gun Shots can be heard in the background during the 40th minute of a Mexican First Division game between Monarcas Morelia and Santos Lagunas on Saturday evening August 20, 2011. The players and referees ran off as the shooting intensified and much of the crowd ran onto the playing field to seek cover. The game was suspended.
Torreon is a city that has suffered a spike of massacres and gun battles since the start of the drug war in 2006. Reports said the gunfire was aimed at a police station outside the stadium, but the shots were loud and close enough to send fans into a panic. Subsequent reports said bullet holes were discovered inside the venue.
Torreon's mayor told reporters his city's police force is under constant attack by suspected drug cartel members, with 17 officers killed so far this year. The Sinaloa and Zetas cartels are said to be fighting over the Torreon corridor. Estadio Corona is in the urban area of Comarca Lagunera, which is made up of Torreón, Gomez Palacio and Lerdo and is is the 9th largest metropolitan area in Mexico.
