About Me:

Thanks for visiting my channel. They usually call me Craig, but that's been known to vary from time to time. :) This channel shows a variety of things I enjoy doing.

When I started this channel, I thought I'd just post some home videos, but the content quickly shifted over to my hobbies and interests.

The comments and subscriptions I receive NEVER go unnoticed. I always visit my subscriber's channels when they subscribe, just to see who they are and what they're up to. Comments... I love comments. I read all of them and although I can't respond to all of them, I enjoy them and encourage all viewers to comment. From time to time, some idiot says something stupid, and he just gets deleted and banned.

For the most part, my viewers and subscribers have made the work I put into these videos totally worth while. Anyway, it's time to stop reading this boring column and go watch some videos. Don't forget to rate them and subscribe to my channel.

@churlbut666 It's not what I expected either. I thought there'd be many more Skype calls. But we're all having a great time enjoying the music and chatting.

@PettyBone As long as they didn't freeze, they should warm up and age normally. The yeast should wake up and everything should be fine.

Hey Craig,
I actually was able to stay up for last Fridays Justin TV (okay fell asleep and woke up @ 1), I was looking forward to it all week. I was expecting more brew/cooking talk, instead it was you playing music. While I love your videos and am a BIG fan, this was not what I was expecting.

Hey Craig, Not sure if you ever been asked a BREW question like this. Well I decided to brew 2 difference brews at the same time. The first was a Pale Ale with Alot Honey. The second was a Wheat Ale with Maple Syrup and brown sugar. Both came out really strong but GOOD. After I bottled to Pale Ale, I wanted to Age it a bit (2 months) before putting it in my Beer frig. Problem is, my wife thought the 2 cases sitting in the back of my garage needed to be put in the frig. So she did just that after only 2 days of aging. Question is, can I take the beer out of frig and try aging it again after it has already been chilled? Or am i going to have to brew another batch. ? Thanks and HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

Craig, thanks man. Your videos have helped me gain the confidence I've needed to move into partial extract brewing. I still have my favorite all extract brews that I WILL stick with.
MMmmmm, Yummy Beer!!!!
Between facebook and here it looks like you have a few friends. ;o)
Keep On.

Hey thanks for all the videos, I am brewing my first bach of beer using a malt extract kit, your videos along with a few others have been very helpfull. I am doing brewing as a skill which goes towards an award that we have in the UK called the Duke of Edinburghs award. I will be reviewing my progress for 18 months to complete this section of my DofE Gold award. If i do complete this award which i hope to i will meet the Duke of Edinburgh (prince phillip the queens husband) and maby send you a picture. Being in such a small country where beer is a very big part of our culture i am blessed with access to everything beer related and perhaps in future if i ever find any grains or hops that blow my mind i may send you some.

Craig, Love the videos...Ive watched them all. They have inspired me to take up the hobby. I was wondering how the Coopers Beer kit has held up for you? From what I have seen in your video it really seems like a great beginner set up.. Just wondering if there are any cons to it.. Thanks

thank you craig for the videos.... they inspired me to FINALLY try brewing...which i just completed today actually! I used your video on the coopers kit to instruct me through the process.

Cheers from New Jersey!
