SUPPORT HONEST COPS, not corrupt ones. Over 99% of victims of police crimes do not come forward, out of fear of retaliation and/or that they will not be believed. I am only trying to educate the public about police corruption, which is infinitely more prevalent than the gullible public realizes. I DO NOT ENCOURAGE VIOLENCE AGAINST ANYONE, NOT EVEN THE CRIMINALS IN PHILADELPHIA'S CORRUPT JOKE OF A POLICE DEPARTMENT WHO ROBBED AND TRIED TO FRAME ME. Many Philadelphia police officers use the legal system as a weapon to settle their petty vendettas and massage their god complexes, working-class hero vanities, and unjustifiably inflated egos. Certain arrogant, inept, dishonest pigs tried to frame me. Luckily, Philadelphia policemen could not corrupt the judges, and I was believed over all of the filthy, perjuring pigs, a profound testament to my credibility and the cops' lack of it. I have never been convicted of a crime because Philadelphia judges are truly impartial, honorable, and nonpartisan. It takes less ability and intelligence to become a Philadelphia police officer than in other departments; they have the lowest hiring and retention standards of any police force in the nation, thanks in part to their anti-taxpayer union. Some of these cops are self-important losers who abuse to the hilt the minuscule amount of power which they are handed on a silver platter. They pollute the legal process to compensate for their inadequacies. Ironically, despite my agenda, pictured in the icon is a Philly cop, Thomas Bray, who had breathtaking honesty and integrity. Mr Bray is a true hero who was murdered by his fellow officers because he had the courage to expose another policeman for committing grand larceny. He was killed the day after he testified against said crook. Naturally, no arrests were ever made in that homicide, because the Philadelphia Police Department never legitimately investigates its own members (unless there is overwhelming evidence of guilt uncovered by the media). I am not against legitimate law enforcement officers doing the job which they are paid to do; I fully support such public servants. I am against criminals, particularly those in the Philadelphia Police Department who are paid to uphold the law yet perpetually violate it. If you support the minority of cops who are bribe extorting, evidence planting, perjuring, racist, immoral, robbing, arrogant, political hack, bullying, felonious Philadelphia policemen, you are either a corrupt cop yourself or you know absolutely nothing about how those low-life scum bags operate on the streets. Obviously, only a minority of officers are the worst kind of criminals, but they are unconditionally supported by the majority who are not, which renders them all corrupt to some degree. The true colors of certain pigs are revealed in their anti-black sentiments anonymously posted in their chat rooms. Again, they are not all corrupt all of the time; if they were, the social infrastructure of the city would self destruct. The main problem is that there is virtually no disciplining whatsoever of corrupt officers. I suspect that something like 10% of cops perpetrate the worst crimes (e.g., robbery, extortion, murder, etc.), while the other 90% unconditionally support them. Again, that makes their entire department corrupt. In 2004, an independent investigation of the PPD was conducted by an ex-prosecutor. Said investigation revealed that, in effect, over 99% of valid complaints filed with their Internal Affairs Division were deemed unfounded. Also, Philadelphia is the only city of the country's 10 most populous which does not have an authoritative civilian review board. Philadelphia police are encouraged to make false arrests, because they receive promotions for making them as well as get paid for overtime to sit in a court room for hours at a time, while waiting to commit perjury during their few minutes of actual testimony. These so-called law enforcement officers have no problem robbing, falsely arresting, and otherwise victimizing innocent people, in part because they feel that they are not adequately compensated. Many cops become so deluded by their minuscule amount of (unearned) power, that they feel that they are above the law and somehow better than civilians. Ironically, the hiring and retention standards for law enforcement officers are among the lowest of all government agencies. The government in general has notoriously low requirements to begin with, as there is no answerability or bottom line, as there is in the private sector. The true agenda of the worst Philadelphia cops is to enrich themselves and massage their undeserved god complexes. Cops purport to be conservatives, but are bleeding-heart liberals with respect to their bullying unions and other issues which affect themselves, proving that they are sanctimonious frauds.
About Me:

Philadelphia police falsely arrested me to conceal their robberies of me. Luckily, these criminals could not corrupt the judges, who believed me over the lying pigs and acquitted me of all charges. It makes my skin crawl when the uninformed glorify and deify corrupt cops. There are true heros from Philadelphia, such as some cops, firefighters, and soldiers who risk (and often give) their lives for their fellow citizens. Those who are felons in the Philadelphia Police Department are not worthy of even being mentioned in the same sentence as these brave heros. For every Officer John Baird or Captain Edward Spangler who is convicted of felonies, there are many other cops committing the same (and worse) crimes who do not even get legitimately investigated, much less prosecuted and convicted. For example, in the Neil Ferber murder trial, cops were proven to have framed him. This innocent man spent four years on death row! Consequently, the city was forced to pay Mr. Ferber millions of dollars to settle a lawsuit. The "discipline" received by the perjuring officers was promotions in rank! The city government itself admits that over half of all criminal cases are dropped, obviously in part because of false arrests and inept police work. Other than token (mostly minority) scapegoats, these lying, cheating, stealing pigs are never prosecuted.

After an arrest, the public is only told of the police version of a criminal case. The other side does not get to talk, possibly because police killed them in cold blood, or because they are required to keep silent because they have a bogus criminal case pending. Some Philadelphia cops are anything but heroes; they are cowardly, lazy, arrogant, incompetent, corrupt felons who could not even function as janitors in the private sector, where there is actual accountability. Their only concern is to enrich themselves and massage their faux blue-collar hero vanities and undeserved god complexes.

The average annual salary of Philadelphia police officers is $134,679, counting pensions; health and dental insurance; paid holidays, vacations, and sick days; uniform and equipment allowances; and other benefits (factoring in average years of service, average life expectancy, etc.) Philadelphia police have the lowest life expectancy and lowest average IQ of any police force in the ten most populous U.S. cities. Also, according to several national and local studies, up to half of all police officers admit to abusing alcohol and/or drugs.

The entertainment media often falsely portrays all law enforcement officers as being intelligent, creative, brave, honorable, honest, and righteous do-gooders. The unfortunate reality is that a minority of policemen are as evil, inept, and self-serving as the actual criminals whom they arrest. As with all government agencies, there is little (if any) accountability, which promotes an environment of corruption and arrogance.

TO REDUCE CORRUPTION:
1. All statements made in police reports and detective interviews should be given under oath. Doing so will prevent police and witnesses from "enhancing" their already questionable allegations.
2. Police should be trained to ignore the "blue code of silence", and report all wrongdoing of fellow officers.
3. Philadelphia should have a legitimate citizens' review board, with the power and authority to discipline offending cops.
4. All governments should fight police unions with "tooth and nail", to prevent unions from running police forces, as they do in Philadelphia.
5. Judges and juries should be advised about all legitimate internal-affairs complaints made about arresting officers.
6. Recognize and reward honest cops who are not the recipients of bona fide, warranted complaints. Reward bravery and work ethic by increasing the number (and prestige) of awards given.
7. Improve human relations training. For example, teach cops to be polite and diplomatic at all times, even to the worst offenders, such as murderers and rapists. Once restrained, police should cease beating suspects. Remember, many of these abused hoodlums will eventually be released on the streets again, filled with rage over their mistreatment and ready to vent it on the first innocent person who comes along.
8. Legislators in Harrisburg make laws, and judges and juries decide degree of guilt and punishments. Police officers should not act as lawmaker, judge, jury, and executioner.
9. Change laws to allow police to make audio and video recordings of all encounters with the public. Such memorialization will discourage corruption and also serve as evidence against suspects.
10. Do not prosecute cops for doing their jobs properly, such as the Philadelphia officer who was arrested for shooting a thug who was throwing large bottles (lethal weapons) at him. Fairness is a two-way street!

HALLELUJAH! GUN NUT MARK FIORINO WAS ARRESTED BY THE PHILADELPHIA
POLICE FOR AN ENCOUNTER WITH THEM LAST MONTH INVOLVING HIM OPENLY
CARRYING A HANDGUN. I HATE CORRUPT COPS BUT RESPECT OFFICERS WHO
ACT IN GOOD FAITH. GOOGLE "SHOCKING AUDIO" TO HEAR THE AUDIO RECORDING
OF THE INCIDENT. I even correctly predicted two of the charges in previous posts:
disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment. I would not be surprised if the DA
and/or cops saw my comments and were influenced by them! GO SERGEANT DOUGHERTY!

Police officers routinely torture and even murder their enemies, many of whom are not even criminals, in ways which cannot be proven. Cops are sanctimonious frauds who hide behind a facade of law and order. They are lying cowards who never admit to their crimes, yet self-righteously criticize, assault, and otherwise torment anyone who will not confess to crimes which they did not commit. Cops are only interested in stroking their god complexes and enriching themselves, not in upholding the law.*
*No offense is intended to honest cops, if there are any in Philadelphia.

While cops may seem to be honorable, there is no such thing as a completely honest cop. All police officers honor the blue code of silence to some degree, which makes them all corrupt in a passive-agressive way. Also, every cop, via his training, is brainwashed into dehumanizing civilians and viewing them as the enemy. All police officers are unofficially taught to routinely torture suspects. Further, there is virtually no accountability in any police department, which encourages crime and arrogance.

The recent arrests of several Philadelphia cops is a laughable attempt to give the illusion that their department is being cleaned up. Curiously, over two thirds of the scapegoat arrestees have been minorities, even though most of the corrupt cops are white. For every token prosecution of a pig, there are thousands of pigs committing similar or worse crimes who do not even get legitimately investigated, much less arrested. There will never be bona fide accountability in Philadelphia corrupt joke of a Police Department*.
*No offense is intended to honest cops, if any exist in Philadelphia!

Extrapolating, using the Philadelphia Police Department's own statistics,
over four percent of cops will be arrested for a crime during their police
careers. These are merely the token scapegoats who are prosecuted;
imagine how many cops are not arrested for their on-the-job crimes.

There are a lot of horrible people and cops out there, it sucks. My dad was a police officer for 33 years. He was a good cop and a good man, we would often see people that he had arrested and they would wave and start a conversation. He was respectful when he could be, firm when he had to be. It sucks that there are shitty people out there. They arent cops. They are shitty criminals pretending to be cops that ruin it for good cops.
