Hey Chucks here , how's it going ?
Let me be completely transparent with you and share my story so you know where i'm coming from...
I am originally from Naze, Nigeria in Africa , where the sun is hot , the culture is beautiful and the food is finger bitting :) , I currently reside in the United Kingdom.
Growing up i learned to from my father to be respectful, disciplined and have an attitude of gratitude with what ever life served. I have taken this forward in all of my life adventures it has served me well. I love my father, he is my Hero.
I had that entrepreneur flair as well , i would help some women sell snacks in at school and make commissions for my sale. Tiny yes... but it gave me business sense and experience at a very young age.

Thanks for the channel comment and success tip. You are so dead on with your thought on "Focus". It's so easy to get pulled in 10 different directions and then realize you haven't really mastered anything. I wrote that one down.
My best success tip is what I call discovering your influencing idea and then building your own personal brand around it. I think with the competitive landscape online a business owner has to really nail this.
Since you've offered to help I'm going to take advantage of it:) What recruiting method are you having the most success with?
