well a long while I googled Celine Dion and went on her page and found that video
yes it's an commercail for her parfume (french)
but the song used for that commercial was I guess "Live to Love" but the song on your video is not live to love and I don't know where you got the video but if you got it orignaly I think you would have known the song
yoúr sense was right. I am a huge Celine fan. ALthough I don´t really like her new stuff. But I admire her for her really strong voice. She is one of the best singers in the world.
