Hello @fnarite. If you already have a Consumer Cellular account, you can move your SIM card from your Consumer Cellular phone to your other phone to see if it works on our network. I have a Motorola i1 that I would like to use with Consumer Cellular. I don't understand why I have to add a second line in order to use the i1. Why can't Consumer Cellular simply change the sim number and phone serial number?

I bought my phone at sears but i ended up not being able to activate it on line the web page did not ask me if i had already a consumer cellular phone so I am guessing i need to take t back to sears Sears does not activate plan
