At Cpq from 84-96 and again 99-01. Miss the early days but don't miss the later days. Love this stuff and it really does bring back memories.

Man, I miss those old days. I was at Compaq from 1987-2000. It was some of the best years of my life and my career. Thanks for helping to preserve these memories for us!

In answer to your question... As my user name CompaqVet implies, I am indeed a veteran of Compaq. I will also add that I was there back in the relatively early days when Compaq was more than just a brand, it was the American Dream in action, Texas style!

Am I a fanboy? Hardly... I was lucky enough to have been part of the early Compaq whirlwind and, for a while, we were all having the time of our lives!

But, enough about me. Any other Cpq Vets have some faded memories to share?
