It is apparent you have spent many hours going over and critically studying Congressman West's record, and I am sure by now you have determined he was "cough" in the military, a handicap which apparently a majority of his constituents have forgiven him for being involved with.
I am also quite sure, because I know you are intelligent enough to fully research his comments you have noted he has "on-the-record" commented that the military budget is and will be subject to cuts.
