For your reference, the Intervention and Barrett have multipliers of 1.5, 1.5, 1.1, 1.0 (Head, Chest, Stomach, Limbs). They will both kill in one hit in the head and chest without stopping power, and in the stomach with it. The WA2000 has 1.5,1.5,1.0,1.0 so SP is useless on it and the M21 has 1.5,1.1,1.0,1.0. They all do the 70 damage, when your bullet hits it changes depending on the modifier value.
