About Me:
I am the mother of four sometimes not so beautiful children (lol) ranging in age from 7 - 20. And yes, I do indeed have a 20 year old son.
Fitness, health and nutrition is a HUGE part of my life; I have been athletic and active for my entire life and started going to the gym at the age of 15. I never aspired to reach bodybuilding status but just want to be the best ME I can be, especially after having children. Just because I'm a 'mom', doesn't mean I have to fit the stereotypical mom mold. ;)
Sort of starting life over again midway through it and have decided the time has come to start living my life for me instead of everyone else. Only get one kick at the can, might as well have some fun and make it a good one. Life is far too short to not enjoy it while we're here.
I am a social butterfly who loves to chat with and meet new people, which is why I was told to set up an account here. lol Got some interesting projects on the horizon so stay tuned for many video postings of my good friends as well as myself.

I have a VERY broad range of music taste so on my IPod you'll find everything from Herman's Hermits to ACDC.
