Hey kevin put a face to a name at last....you defiantly look like a runner! nice youtube site. I just started at this game, been in Jp 6yrs now. Something about running from a tried and tested runner something that will help you on your long distant runs.....it@s not only fitness that you need but the mental ability to push yourself behind your natural capabilities..something we called in the marines GRIM DETERMINATION TO SUCCEED...otherwise known as Stamina. When your on your last legs feeling your about to draw your last breath...push it to oneside...pick yourself up and push even further. It`s a system that made discipline in the marines the world formost elite forces. By the way wouldn`t mind a tracking app for my cycling if you could enter me into your draw....Im thinking of a sponsored head shave to raise money for you at our school Bazar as my old sergeant major would say...it`s only pain suck it up.
