I have acid reflux and my doctor put me on Aciphex for it. I'm also chronically constipated.

I started ACV a week ago and I'm still constipated and I have gerd every single day. After I drink the vinegar, water and honey I burp a lot, but the reflux hasn't gone away. I take 1 tbs per 8oz water 3 times a day and before going to bed at night.

I don't want to give up, are there any others that didn't get relief right away but stuck with it and then did? I am really in pain and hoping if I stick to this it will help.

On an up-note, I'm not constantly hungry anymore and I don't crave sweets. This is a great perk! :)

I recently went to my doctors office with constant nausea, acid stomach, and belching for like the past two weeks.

She said it was gastritis or acid reflux and prescribed me Prilosec.

I though I would give the ACV a try and I do feel better today, much better.

I had success with ACV in the past with a sinus infection that would not go away with 3 courses of antibiotics. I breathed in steamed water and ACV mixed a few times a day and the infection went away.

I have had GERD for about 15 yrs and developed Barrets esophagus as a result of it.

I also have a chronic cough.

Was on Nexium for awhile and then switched to Prilosec

I have read every single comment and I know people are telling the truth about AVC.

I don't know why it took me so long to get back to the basics, been to so many doctor's to be treated the same - asked a couple of questions and they just turn around and write the prescription making my problem worse.

The lst couple I got filled but after I found out, without their help, that I had too little acid that was causing my acid reflux I began to research it.

I had a problem with horrible breath for many years, went in the kitchen and took some acv with water and Bad Breath is gone.

I spent all day just thanking God for the answer, many, many years I suffered and had the answer in the kitchen. I could have saved so much money trying so many products, it was coming from my stomach all the time. (less info)
