April Smith is an avid and prolific new media mobile videographer using either a Nokia N77 or Nokia N95 cameraphone. April is actively learning about mobile technology through the use of mobile handsetssponsored by Mobile Muse through group collaborations and self-directed and independent projects.

She is learning about educational and political cartooning and has recently been published in a local magazine. She enjoys creatively filming her observations, some subversive and situational in the Vancouver Downtown Eastside.
