Ok! so here I am, at my desk working part time to support myself before I head towards LA and trying to find time to do everything else. I know its been a while since I posted something on here because I've been working a recital piece. So i apologize for the video drought! provided that there's even people that regulates this channel. hah.
Well do read on, let me explain this piece for a bit. Firstly, its off miguel's mixtape called "mischief the mixtape" and his music is INSANE. I love it, so fresh and full of emotion!
Ok, so I had a chance to create a piece to put on stage for Danzation 2011, So I made this piece with the idea of 'self acceptance and having faith'. To me, the song lyrics is exactly I tell myself when I'm always feeling down about myself. Believing that I indeed have a purpose in life and not just slog my life away earning big bucks. Not that its not good but its just not my cup of tea. If you would just take a min and listen to the lyrics, and put yourself in a situation where you know you have a passion but everything in life seems to not be going that way. thats the exact situation I'm in. I mean, I know dance is my life, its something I wanna do but the fact that I have to work and everything else kinda pulls me away from dance. But after all this struggle, I'm happy to say that I came out strong and I believe more than ever I'm meant to dance for life. :)
Well, to all fellow dreamers out there, DON'T GIVE UP! Stay strong and stay true to your passion! :D
and I want to dedicate this to my baby girl zoe ng! because she is my supernatural girl. :)
