We let the tides of life control our destiny, for we dont know any better. No ones ever told us any better. As ships without rutters we drift aimlessly through life without a set destination, purpose or plan. This is true for most of us, but it not so for the 10% who have decided to climb to the peak of the socio economic scale. They live in better homes, have happier and healthier lives, generously give to charity and enjoy more harmonious family relationships. They have very little worry about their financial future for they have their own retirement funds set aside, their medical bills and of those they care about are well within their reach. But it wasnt always like that for them. Most people who have climbed to the peak have started way down at the bottom at one point or the other; broke or even worse. But what set them apart from the rest are two great things: a great attitude and a clear decision of how they would be willing to live the rest of their lives. They realised that their past failures, however many they were, did not equal their future and however bleak their present may seem they could turn the tides with perseverance and focus.
To them it was only a matter of time. And so it is to you.
You are reading this because you already have made a clear decision to find the greatness within you, to live a life of absolute freedom and to enjoy the harvest that life will reward you with for your efforts, given time.
