80 Percent Angel is a collaborative media site about the good work in Rwanda.
Collaborative because we're all working together. Media because its broadcast video, audio, text and photography. Independent because it's not affiliated with any media source other than the free and worldwide distribution it receives via the internet. Good work means anything contributing to the creation of a strong civil society in Rwanda. Rwanda because that's the country we've chosen, though this model could be replicated anywhere.
