Romans 7:14-25 Paul as pre or post Christian?

EZEKIEL3622: Some Like Brother Paul Washer & Charles Leiter, see this as the Apostle Paul as Pre Christian. John Piper, sees this same text as Paul the Christian. I love all these guys, respect them all, I tend to agree with John Piper, only because it fits nicely into my mind & gives me hope when I get the major smack down by sin, when I have that feeling of being defeated in my flesh? So give me the survey feedback Apostle Paul (pre) or (post) Christian? in Romans 7:14-25

AgApE010: The present tense of the words Paul uses seem to indicate that this was a struggle that he was going through as a believer. Also what Paul speaks in verse 22 doesn't seem to be words that would be uttered by someone in a state of unregeneration. I think what Paul is trying to do is show that Christians need not live under the Law since they are now in Christ (7:1-6)...

Wait...Do you have to be a calvin to be in this group? Because I'm a non denominational christian.

LaneCh: Yes, it's primarily for Reformed Christians, but you're welcomed to stay and ask questions/discuss as long as you remain amiable.

Studier101: Calvinism is not a denomination but a stance on the Sovereignty of God in saving believers. There are calvinist denominations, such as Presbyterian, but Calvinism is not a denomination.

Beware of TheologyMatters101's Channel they preach against the teachings of Paul Washer in regard to Lordship Salvation. They discount the works of the saints into a category that is not biblical. They seem to believe that the saint does not need to WORK HARD to avoid eternal dangers to the soul. This is just another way to limit the effectiveness of the battle against the flesh!

Forgiveness

TCMAO0: There is an error in your application. You are implying that there are some offenses that you don't have to forgive, yet you will be forgiven. On the contrary, you must give the same grace to others that you expect to recieve from God. Otherwise, their unforgiven sin will be retained AND SO WILL YOURS. Let's be careful to give as we have received. Read Matthew 18:32 (in the context of the entire chapter).
