* Register for a YouTube account right here, if you don't already have one.
* Upload your video to your YouTube account.
* Click http://www.youtube.com/group/15seconds to go to the 15 Seconds group page & click the Join Group link
* Click the ADD VIDEO link & select your video & add to your group!
* PLEASE NOTE: BY ADDING YOUR VIDEO TO THE GROUP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE RELEASE WAIVER & ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT.
