Brother there are several families that come from SHEM and yes Esau comes from Shem. Please read 1Chronicles 1:1:24-34. Shem's descendants are Arphaxad,then Shelah, then Eber,then Peleg,then Reu then Serug, then Nahor then Terah,then Abraham then Isaac then Esau and Israel. Bro. this is Bible history 101.

Historically what happened???You guys really don't know history.
