Dear Sir/Madam,
After working hard for over 25 years and built a decent life for my self and my family, because of and due to the last 10 years of persistent epileptic seizures, I lost my job, my health insurance, my car, my driving license, my wife, my home and everything I ever worked hard for and saved all my life for to become destitute homeless.
I've been told by Stanford University, I need brain surgery to cure my seizures but I don't have health insurance.
Can you please help me stop my seizures by writing letters to Senator Dianne Feinstein of California to intervene on my behalf in expediting my Medical application, therefore, I could have my brain surgery to stop my seizures and live as normal life as I always had before being struck with endless Grand Mal seizures.
