Using these fake accounts, he rates his own videos 5 stars, and adds them to favorites. Thus he gets on top rated and most favorite lists.

His videos are retarded (if you must, see -->).
Adding comments on his videos is disabled.
Also comments on his channel are hidden.

Only way to stop him is to flag his channel. (via the Report background graphic link)
