This is your YouTube at home workout channel for fat loss for women. I have workouts for women that can be done at home or on the go with little to no equipment in a short amount of time to maximize fat loss. I demonstrate workouts using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, a sledgehammer, hula hoops for fitness and more!
I am a 40 year old mom of two toddlers, a certified personal trainer, and a fitness nutrition specialist. I understand how hard it is to find time to work out so I've created short high intensity workouts that boost your metabolism and let you move on with life. These workouts are good for beginners just starting out all the way to those looking to bump intensity or add variety to what they are already doing. I also provide videos on how to eat healthy and ways to make smarter choices.
