Wanderlei Silva vs Chael Sonnen is being considered to be the headline of the first UFC event on Fox Sports 1, Dana must fucking love Chael Sonnen, I was expecting him to be pushed down towards the undercard or possibly the first fight on a main card by now with his last two loses which were embarrassing for different reasons. Michael Bisping (not that I think he's actually good) loses one time against Belfort and he gets dropped significantly low on the ratings chart just by one loss. Something tells me Chael makes the UFC a shitload of money.

Jones moving to Heavyweight would seem to make more sense because like you said, Anderson Silva wouldn't fight Jon Jones and I honestly wouldn't blame him because he has an a borderline unrealistic hype around his name and that would be shattered the second he meets Jones in the cage, not to suggest that Anderson is bad, but because Jones is that good. But I predict when we see Dana White announcing that Jones is moving down to Middleweight on a live conference event, we'll also see Dana's phone ringing 20 seconds later with Anderson Silva on the other line tell Dana that he wants to retire. And I had NO idea that Tank was still fighting, I haven't heard from him since early 2000, I can't imagine him winning any fights unless his opponent is picked from a drunk audience of volunteers that would regret it when they sober up.

The possibility of Jones losing his belt over a lucky fluke almost became a reality, Dana White said after the fight that had Chael lasted 20 more seconds until the end of the round, the doctors would had stopped the fight and Chael would've taken his belt because Jon's big toe looked like someone smashed it with a tire-iron, THAT would had been the biggest disgrace in the UFC history and would've gave Jones two loses that were both complete BS. My memory is a little fuzzy but didn't Machida win a round against Jones until he got choked the fuck out in the second round? I remember wanting to see a rematch but I might be confusing that with another fight.

Dan Henderson seems to be convinced that he can beat Jones judging by some interviews and his twiter, I highly doubt it considering his only advantage would be his big right hand which is useless if he can't even reach Jon's face. It seemed like Chael's trash talk only did bad things for him besides embarrassing him of course, I might be wrong but Jones looked like he was in the best shape I've ever seen him in, the last thing you want to do is give Jon Jones MORE motivation to win the fight.

Which also reminds me, if Anderson Silva didn't want to fight Jones prior to UFC 159, he sure as hell doesn't want to fight Jones now because Chael Sonnen is the only guy to ever become an actual threat against Anderson because of his great wrestling and non-stop pressure that makes it very hard to strike with Chael when he's constantly making you walk backwards. Well Jon Jone EASILY out-wrestled Chael who was considered the best wrestler in the UFC, and he even imitated Chael's pressure style and even showed that he was even better at that style than Chael ever was. If Anderson struggled to handle Chael Sonnen, he would be finished within the first round if he fights Jon Jones because anything Chael can do to Anderson, Jones just showed that he could do it much better.

Holy shit, Chael was SLAUGHTERED with ease, it just proves that Jon Jones is on another level than ANY fighter in the UFC, I wouldn't blame Chael for retiring because I've never seen Chael get beat up that easily before to the point he'll NEVER get a rematch with Jones. I'm pretty sure you guessed that it would be a first round finish by Jon Jones, you were spot on...
