I just want to thank you for being so awesome and uploading these tutorials. You have taught me so much I haven't learn in school even with a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design. Thank you so much, you really inspire me and helped me improve myself and made everyone's life better! Everyone will remember you :)
Your tutorials are absolutely the best I have come by. They are easy to follow yet stunning. Thank you so much for taking the time to create and upload these.
You are quite welcome. I haven't had the chance to fully go through all of your videos yet but if you haven't covered something on skin retouching to make it look at least semi-pro that would be great. I have found other tutorials on airbrushing, etc, but they are either too difficult to follow or the results are too blurred in the end result. :)
Over the last year my progression in both photography and photoshop has been fantastic, going from flat boring photos to art that makes me proud. Almost everything I know about photoshop I have learned from Phlearn. Since I found the channel I never use Google or the regular Youtube search to find tutorials, I just use the Phlearn channel search, and find what I am looking for EVERY SINGLE TIME! Thank you!
Sincerely,
Mathias
I just needed to drop a line here to thank you, not only for the tutorials but also because whatever video we are looking it's always super high quality, there is absolutely no feeling at all that you are full of yourself, it's always full of positive energy, we hear so much the words love, and good, and great, and that's why it feels so good and great and your audience love you! Thank you!!!
I was wondering if you all could do a tutorial on using lens flare (i think thats the name for the bright sunspots) appropriately to add depth and interest to digital photography PLEASE :)
hi phlearn, love this channel and i learned so much. recently i discovered this german photographer. is it possible to do a tutorial of his processing in his "city" section?

I was poking around youtube looking for instructions for using my new tablet and stumbled on your video about frequency separation. I watched it, subscribed and I am an immediate fan! I can tell I will be spending a lot of time watching your instructional videos as I am new to PS as well. Thank you!!!
Arron, I am starting up my own photography business, were going to be doing mainly headshots for actors and models and I wanted to ask you to make a tutorial on the do's and dont's, such as, what to ask the model to wear, clothes and make up and hair, what lighting to use, backdrop, what if you were to do it outside if we have not yet purchased any lights. I have also been following your tutorials on photoshop, think I have pretty much watched them all! I would like to know the do's and dont's of editing a headshot also. Thanks! p.s Your awesome.
I've applied a whole lot of what I learned here into making some really great photos. Before, I relied on what came out of the camera and a small amount of crude editing. Now, I utilize multiple tools and explore Photoshop and Photography in different ways to make Myselph stand out. I think I'll definitely fulfill my childhood dream of making a name for myself in the world of art through photography, one day.
You, and the Phlearn community, have made a big difference in my work. Thanks. (:
thank you so much phlearn, l had never been to a graphic school/college but l now know a lot with photoshop through you turtorials. keep up the good work
Awesome vids, thanks so much!
I don't see a video for JUST the Healing Brush, or maybe it and the Spot Healing brush - did you not do a treatment on just them? Or are they done in some of the vids you have but don't mention them specifically, like the crows feet or wrinkles, etc. Honestly I don't have the time to watch every single thing you've made, its all so awesome.
But I'm looking specifically to see how to use the Healing etc brushes - the patch tool is awesome and I do okay with the clone brush (thanks to you). Could you (or any viewer) direct me to one or two of your videos that give a good explanation and use of the Healing brush?
