If you don't know much about President Lyndon B Johnson, know this: He got things done. He fought for Civil Rights, Medicare, Medicaid, Clean Air and Public Broadcasting, and so much more. A better society was never enough. We needed a "Great Society." He was a visionary who cared deeply about some of the same topics that are so poignant still today.
