I find this channel to be very inspiring; I have been thinking for awhile about a solar steam engine and I was so happy to see you had already thought of that idea and begun testing it. I have a feeling in the pit of my stomach like a little kid that knows Christmas is coming because I see so much potential for this type of a device. In the future I want to make some prototypes to start demonstrating this idea, when I do that I will share them with you. The concept is to focus light on a small point to heat up air/water in a small contained space, and then use that convection current to move a turbine connected to a generator where the exhaust is. I am also curious about suspending that turbine with magnets, to reduce the friction associated with moving parts. I see no reason why this system couldn't be built for very cheap, and run all day as long as the sun is in the sky, and the hotter you can make the water/air, the faster you'll spin the turbine, and the more energy you will be able to extract. Some basic building materials, an electric generator, and a lenses, and you're on the way to a constant supply of energy. I know it's just a description, but I have this idea in my head and I really wanted to share it with someone and I think you can appreciate what I'm aiming for. Thanks for your time, and I look forward to your future experiments/projects

I just watched the Glossy Tabled video. The table you two made from the fallen tree. You are my heroes. I have been playing with pallets, and other found wood since 1992, before it was cool, and yes, you two are the best!

+The Spontaneous Collection Thank you for the nice comment and you have some great info on your channel. Keep up the good work. Youtube takes a bit to get momentum for most quality non-viral content. Nice info!

+GREENPOWERSCIENCE Dear all, I have a factory that produces a silicon just in my neigbourhood. Please, tell me if it is possible to make solar batteries out of a plain silicon. In other words, how do I get a silicon plate tabbed? Thank you.

Hi, I agree, just mixing in some HQ stuff to keep up with the times. The last few videos were really tough to complete. Each = about 150 GB of data etc. Looking forward to some simple videos old school. For a while, comments were suggesting we do it like famous YT channels and buy better cameras, mics, editing software etc. Frustrating because we do commercial stock video/film footage (non- greenpowerscience related) as a side job:-) Our stock video stuff has been used and shown by most major networks in USA + BBC, NIPPON and other international networks.

I tried an experiment to concentrate sunlight from more than one direction using a single lens for the light coming directly from the sun and a mirror in combination with another lens to concentrate sunlight from a different direction. For further more power we can use some more sets of Mirrors working in combination with some more magnifying lenses to form more powerful concentrated sunlight... This results in successful and simultaneous use of Sunlight from many directions, which can be used to produce even more power than focusing sunlight only from one big lens. The overall idea is to use more and more mirrors to employ more and more lenses. The bigger the lenses, the better. I think that is a good idea, what do you think? Please reply...

what would happen if you dip a small solar cell in water and place it at the focal length of a frenel lens i think the solar cell is not going to burn up and you could get more voltage

I have a schematic drawing I would like to share with Denise and Dennis and all the readers of this excellent forum. How can I do that? Can I upload or e-mail it? I am not a great computer user, so I make no pretense to guess my to a successful upload.
