Never thought dry age steak was so simple and easy to do at home! This is pretty much zero work evolved, the only thing you really need is patience and lots of it.
I used the UMAi Dry® Dry Curing/Aging Bags and let me tell you it is as easy and simple as it gets! On this video I explained how I used them... but at the end you know I got to cook them sous vide and let you know how they taste, and they were AMAZING!
