    Hello, I´m need some thecnical support... I bought this August VGB 100 video capturer and this isn´t working, I don´t Know if thie device that I bought on Amazon is defective or if am I doing something wrong. Let me explain:  I have: 1.- Laptop Hp Envy X2 with windows 10 2.- Play station 3 super slim 3.- August VGB 100 video cap  4.- Play station 3 RCA orginal cable what I am trying to do is:  Conect my PS3 with RCA original cable to August VGB 100 videocap to USB port on my laptop to display and record the video and sound of my ps3 on my laptop.  The problem is:  I only get sound but I don´t get any image and when I press record it seams to be recording but when I press stop it apears "error". Fixing the problem:  I tryed changing screen configuration of my laptop to a lower resolution and selected component on software configuration and didn´t work. I tryed with the seam Plus changing Ps3 video out but didn´t work. I tryed with all possible configurations on my laptop but nothing works and also tryed with diferent configurations  on august VGB100 software and neither. *NOTE: Ofcourse I folowed all instrucions for instalation of the drivers and software before conecting videocapture device to my laptop. and I am also sure that RCA cables are conected in the rigjht position (wite-wite, red-red, yellow-yellow).
