Hey Rob I don't know if you will see this... you probably don't check your own mail anymore, but I am having an issue getting the videos from the chapman store to open...   I bought in when you were selling the bundle last april.... kinda hoping you have an idea how to make them work right

Hey man .. Love your guitars and the vids you do.  Question as you seem to be such a skilled player.  Any good vids or suggestions for setting up a two screw pivot type tremolo .. like on an american strat?  I thought I had it pretty balanced but still have tuning issues.  When I see players like Lukather using it a lot and never having tuning issues it makes me sad :( heh heh Any suggestions on setup would be appreciated.
