Nintendo, is there any way I can legally use music from your games that's in the Youtube Restrction Library (Super Mario Galaxy, Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, etc.) without my videos getting penalized for it? I'd like to know if in the future I can request permission to use a particular soundtrack that's in the Restriction Library so as to avoid future copyright claims made by you. I'm willing to pay any licensing fees depending on the situation.

I'm Almost 20 years old and I started growing up with Nintendo since I was 3...time goes fast.

All your claims are just plain wrong as all I'm doing is playing your games (Mario Bros Wii, Mario Bros U, Luigi U) and nothing else. Also these actions stop me from being able to use my videos in the YouTube editor as well. Thank you in advance.

Ok Nintendo, we need to talk. I have the same problem as MarioMario54321. Why did I recieve 4 copyright notices because I put songs from the Squid Sisters in my video? I said in the description that the songs were OWNED BY NINTENDO, and not me! Stop being so protective of your content that you have to go and bash other people for it! Apparently when you guys gave me the strike, you never read the description. Haven't you heard of those stories online saying you are giving copyright notices to a mod MADE BY MINECRAFT? Why mess with the people who want to play those games when instead you should go to the company and tell them?! I almost want to file a complaint, but it's not worth getting a copyright strike. Me and many other Youtubers are sick of this. Please stop sending us the claims when you guys just hear a track and say "Oh! That's our music and they didn't credit us for it! Might as well go send a copyright notice!" Just read the description! If you're going to send us one please read the description and thoroughly go through the video.
