Iput in a new Colour cartridge (HP) - the printer gives me a message that the cartridge isn't recognised, just bought another - the same info appears. I have removed the orange plastic and inserted the cartridge correctly. I have had Windows 10 installed and checked the updates - all done. should I switch off the jprinter at the wall or remove the USB connection and put that back? Nothing I've tried works.

i have a dj2135 how can i scan documents as an optical reader so that its easier for me not to type, but instead it saves as pdf and as a picture , please help!!!!!!!!!

You need to have installed any OCR software that may have been included with the printer or a third part OCR tool. Then you should have the option to "Save as Editable Text (OCR)".

The title of the document is ‘Install the Driver Located in the Operating System with a Wireless or Wired Connection in Windows 7 (Downloadable Driver Not Available)’. It will walk you through setting up the printer on Windows 7 so you can get printing.

How do you keep someone from disconnecting the tablet (HP Pro x2 612 G2) from your HP UltraSlim Docking Station? Even after you place the lock on your slim dock, you can still disconnect the tablet. What is the since of locking the slim dock, and keyboard if they can still walk away with your tablet which has all your information and programs?
