+Engineering Explained Hey! I love your channel man, will you be reviewing a Fiesta ST anytime soon?

The new proposed Aston Martin - Red Bull road car is proposed to be as quick as a Formula 1 car around a track. Is this truly possible? I would expect this car to weigh approx. 50% more than an F1 car, so would it not need brakes 50% more powerful than an F1 car to stop in the same distance, something needed to set a quick lap time?

What do you think of the MX-5 vs the 86/BRZ?

Hello and.... welcome?... anyways, I've been a fan your page for quite a while and have referred it to a few friends since I'm entirely too lazy to explain cars to them. I was wondering if you have ever considered doing a few segments on motorcycles? I'm a rider myself and would definitely enjoy learning a few things that I didn't know I didn't know. One concept I've had a hard timing wrapping my mind around is the relationship between head angle, rake, and trail of the front wheel and the effects they have on the handling characteristics of the motorcycle. If you decided to delve into the motorcycle world I'll be glued to my PC and would definitely use the videos in my school's motorcycle club meetings. Ill include the wiki page for bicycle/motorcycle geometry to clear up the terms I used and to give you a better idea of what I was asking. TYVM I hope hear back or see a video! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bicycle_and_motorcycle_geometry

Yes, this channel really should diversify. Mechanical engineering is not exclusive to cars - lorries, locomotives, buses, motorcycles, ships, even bicycles and much, much more are all relevant to the discipline.

I wish you did some videos on motorcycles- I haven't seen anyone do motorcycle videos as well as you do car ones.

HI all, I wish to upgrade my spark plugs on my civic EF2 to more expensive ones. I'm not a racer and I drive this car once in a while. I have few questions before. 1. Does this means that I have to change my standard wires to after market ones. 2. Doing so will it improve my fuel economy and WHP? 3. Do i need to change by distributor?

i'd love to see a video on tire friction. especially some math on why friction is not constant with speed.

Hey. Great channel, been subscribed for ages. Can you please do a piece on blow-off/dump valves. Specifically the differences between closed and open systems, and what happens when you blow pressure our of a closed system?

when replacing old tires on a car would you recommend to put the new ones on the front or rear ?

Hello there, could you please explain how clutchless shifting on motorcycles work and what risks could arise from it?
    Trevor Haynes
I'm would like you to do a video on factors that limit the displacement of a 4 cylinder gas engine. most modern car makers don't want to go over that 2.4L mark and I'm curious as to why
    flavioxy
i've heard many people state that a large intercooler doesn't increase overall power when tuning a car, only conservation of power when the engine heats up after several accelerations. i'm not convinced that is true. consider a high boost setup where the air heats up. there must be some power gain by cooling down the air, right?

Hey can you do a video explaining "What is alky control meth?" That'd be great love your videos btw!
