I wanted to get a new workout video to you guys before I left the states for a cruise. Literally uploaded and am writing this from my iPhone as the cruise ship we're on is leaving the dock lol! Where my procrastinators at?! Lol. As soon as I get back next Sunday (or if I can find a computer on board) I'm going to update this description box with previous videos, along with my social media info and all that good stuff. For now, I will include the workout details and the proper sets/reps based on fitness level.
