Dear Mohamed,
if I understood you correctly, you get exhausted quickly at the gym. If you are otherwise healthy, you might suffer from "workout fatigue". The most common causes are a) an inappropriate pre-workout nutrition and b) overtraining. For more information, I recommend that you read this article about how to fight workout fatigue: http://www.mensfitness.com/nutrition/what-to-eat/fight-workout-fatigue-forever
Wish you all the best!

Hi Ripal, passive insufficiency happens when the muscle fails to extend to the point it needs to extend. Active insufficiency is slightly the opposite - when a muscle fails to shorten enough. Hope this helps. If you have any question on how to get started with Kenhub, let us know. We are here to help. Cheers!
