For the entire month of February in 2015, we celebrated the Street League Skateboarding Foundation (SLSF)!
There are currently 20 SLS Certified Plazas throughout the world, and more planned to open in 2015. To find out which skate plazas are SLS Certified, hit up streetleaguefoundation.org.
SLSF was established with the goal of increasing global participation in skateboarding and to create healthy, sustainable communities by promoting the inherent benefits of skateboarding throughout the world. SLSF is the only non-profit working with municipalities and private entities on the creation and certification of world-class skateboard plazas from concept to completion and beyond.

Without a doubt, 2014 was Nyjah’s year. Becoming the first SLS Pro to sweep an SLS Nike SB World Tour and win the title of SLS Nike SB Super Crown World Champion on his final trick.
2014 was an epic year for all of the Top 8 Pros. At every Stop, the pros skated at an extraordinary level whether it was before or after the contest, challenging one another and pushing the boundaries of what we thought was possible in a skateboard contest.
After such a historic year and so many close calls, it’s time to give these pros a second chance at becoming a champ, The People’s Champ!
