    #1 watched drama in America, #1 watched drama in the world!!!! Just goes to show you people, that the Emmy, Golden Globe and basically all the so called "Award Shows" are BULLSHIT since NCIS has NEVER won anything.

    +Rosie Macleod Then it would say  " not available in your country " .  It just says " not available " Never run into this anywhere on YT. Don't care, this was back in September, unsubscribed, not interested. Garbage channel. Many other sources.

    In the episode that aired October 4, 2016, Bishop noted that Rule 17 was: Never, ever bother Gibbs in interrogation. When it is actually: Rule #22: Never, ever bother Gibbs in interrogation. (Season 4, Episode 10) As of yet there ain't no Rule 17.
