glad you're into this matter about legalization and living in rv's. I live 20 mi. from N.y.c.there trying to close all the parks on long island here.It is impossible to live here. Unless you are a lawyer or an accountant. I rent a studio closet and I pay 1,000 per mo. plus car ins. etc. was thinking of getting an rv. Bob from N.y. please contact me RE: this matter thanks.
Pippi, I came across a video of someone promoting their channel (link attached). I was not aware of what the YouTube criteria was and found this quite interesting. I'm sure most people watching YouTube videos do not fully understand either. Anyway, if YouTube income is a goal then you might find this video interesting and maybe choose to do one yourself to explain what viewers can be aware of to help you out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SnmiUQMrsDA
Hey...How do you know how to do all these things, your a girl (or maybe a Tomboy) and a very cute one I might add.
How do you pick your locations of travel or do you limit your travel to local areas? Or are you working off of a buck list?
My wife and I recently purchased an RV, although we just haven't had enough time to travel because of working all the time....Wow, I was just thinking I was laied-off a few days ago now I can start making up for lost time and get on the road and see some interesting sites and people....of course I'll call my wife everyday and update her on my journey.....
I enjoy watching your videos and many really are very informative.....Well I won't say I have, but I may of learned a thing or two from them.
So who provides you will all that good information, or do you really know all that stuff?
Perhaps your friends have some good suggestions of places to go or people to meet.
Being that I'm currently in PA, lets start with places in the northeast USA for now.....
Should I start recording my journey and posting them?
Happy Traveling.
I have been looking for awhile for the perfect RV travel trailer. It will be both me and my dads RV, although I will be traveling full time for awhile and living alone. Its a challenge because my truck (2004 Colorado) has weight limits and its hard to find something that I can tow safely, the search keeps taking me back to the R-Pod trailer. I also suffer from extreme anxiety (social anxiety and many other types) so I am very anxious about staying at campgrounds, I don't want people to think I'm an ass ya know. I just don't feel comfy around people. So we will see how it goes when the time comes.
Can you recommend a dealer that would sell a Class A RV with slides outs that's bare bones? I want something I can put my own shower, sinks and stove, etc in. I plan on using a composting toilet and recycling my grey water. I want to put in a monster low flo shower and other things that you just can't get in an off the shelf RV. After watching a bunch of your videos and other videos, I think I could do this... I just need some good suppliers.
Regarding your video on mice, there are eco friendly sprays, you can get at Lowe's that you spray the ground around your RV and it will repel the mice away from your RV before they get in.
Hello Pippi! I grew up taking many trips with my grandparents in there trailers, and RV camping has always been an interest of mine.(one that i'm having to live vicariously through people like you at the moment.) I also have been fascinated by the tiny house movement. I'm not sure why, but i never really put the two together until I happen to stumble across your channel. Very inspiring! I had a couple questions for you. about how often do you pick up and move locations? seems the majority of the videos I've watched, you have been in the same location? Do you have another vehicle? Do you tow it when you travel/relocate? Most of the "RV" parks in my area. (not the camping type, but the ones where people live) seem a little.. um.. sketchy..depressing. What has your experience been? How many have you stayed at? Thanks for the great videos, and Keep it up!
PIPPI,
It seems you dig the hell out the earthroamer, but, like me you are STUNNED by the window sticker.
We tow a Jeep Wrangler behind our class A. We make basecamp at a nice rv park and use the Jeep to venture forth on our expeditions.
