You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots." Lisa Nova (aka Lisa Donovan) is a paid Partner with YouTube and is also a paid actress on FOX's MadTV show. She needs to obey YouTube's TOS Agreement like everybody else, or risk losing her channel for good. There is no reason why other channels who are not getting paid and are not Partners with YouTube are getting their accounts suspended when Lisa Nova's account remains intact.
