"Spintructionals" :-) kinda like that. The apparatus in the back is called a RoueLette.

It is a regular performance wheel that has a hub and offset spokes that can be adjusted to manipulate the center. It can be a training tool for coin spins etc.. or used as it's own creative outlet for your positive energy. I usually bring this along to workshops for people to just try out and have fun on.

Dtboxing, start with finding symmetry in the wheel and then practice the skate start.

I manufacture Traveling Rings and they can be purchased by anyone.

Chain, cable, even webbing can be used to suspend the rings.

We've installed them at KABS of course and also High Schools and Areal Arts programs across the country. It's easy to do and anyone can set up three rings and have a great time if you have a place to support them. feel free to find me on Facebook. regardless of where you get your rings I'll be happy to show you everything you need and pictures of other set ups.

The shaking is a good thing. It means your smaller compensation muscles havent "learned" yet how to adapt to the new excercis and circumstance. When they do become stable you will have gained a tremendous amount of strength. More numbers keep up the good work!
