In an initiative by Dy SP (traffic) of Kanpur, physically disabled are appointed as person to control traffic in the city. Due to lack people in city traffic police, many disabled person are controlling traffic. These 'heroes' are getting remuneration of Rs 2000 per month which is funded by people of the city.
