I get asked all the time how to create my sock bun and when I show people, they scoff at how easy it actually is! So let me show you my way, it literally takes 15 seconds and all you need is a sock bun formation and hair elastic!
Pull your hair into a ponytail (I usually do it right on top of my head), then place the sock bun formation over your ponytail and pull your hair through.
Now, spread your hair over the entire sock bun formation, letting it drape down evenly all around.
Select a starting point and begin to tuck the hair under the formation, always pulling it slightly to the side as you tuck. Make sure your hair is tucked under the formation so that it doesn't fall out. Complete this process for the entire formation and before you know it, you'll have an evenly formed sock bun. This style lasts me the whole day and I prefer the messier look as opposed to the perfectly created sock bun.
