I just left high school and I'm going to college this September so I decided to learn HTML programming and get to know computing and I eventually came across your Youtube channel after watching your video 'Introduction to HTML' and I learnt a lot from it and you made it really easy for me to get the hang of HTML within days. like your channel you explain everything very well ...i have a question im just a gamer and play on xbox 360 i wanna receive a lower ping can you help. i have a 50m download and a 5 upload with 15 to 30 ping ....i already did the port forwarding to try to help

hi Eli in my library i can only use the (windows) computer an hour a day. They gave me a user name and password to log in. How can i do configure the same in order to manage multiple users on a network. thanks

D: Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 (its old) and last day i tried to give it "a new life", the windows was too slow so i tried to install Ubuntu, it didn't work, so now i have an old computer with no OS :/ I Have been searching for the reinstallation disk but i don't have it :/ (I have a windows vista reinstallation disk, and i tried to use it, but i cant format the disk to... I cant remember the name... any ways, do you know a way to restore it? D:

Eli, can I have a server motherboard as a regular motherboard or is it just not possible. I've heard both and am wondering whether I can do it or not. I love computers and would love to have 16 cores of ridiculousness, I know it's unnecessary but I just am curious either way.

Hi Eli. I really enjoy all the instructional videos, they have helped me gain an entry level understanding to a number of different topics. Have you every used Backup Exec? It is something we use at my current job and I am not to familiar with it. Just wondering if you have any pointers or could point me to a good resource for review. Thanks!

Hi Eli, thanks for the videos - very concise, clear and easy to digest! As a Desktop engineer in a large UK enterprise environment with a couple of years experience behind me now, one topic I would like to see covered would be some tips on setting up a home lab to learn some more server/infrastructure type stuff, whether that be hardware or virtual, showing what you would need to simulate a real working IT enterprise environment. Do you know where to find virtual applicances like routers, firewalls etc that are not just linux based? That seems to be all I can find. I would like to find Cisco or Linksys if that's possible for a lab w/o a cost. Thanks for all your videos. They are awsome.

When will you be doing more Server 2012 videos? I have setup a couple VBox server 2012 and a couple clients. I have the basics as you trained setup. Thanks. But I need to install SCCM w/ FEP (since that is what I support now) and possibly SCOM. It would be great to see more training on more 2012 related issues.

Thanks for all your help and information. Terrific! My webcam doesn't work most of the time on my Toshiba A305. Computer will make a sound like it is recognizing a device being hooked up. camera goes out. Basically won't work at all if you move the screen. Someone said it could be a bad ribbon cable from the camera down to the bottom of the screen. Was going to go buy a external webcam and call it a day. What advice do you have for me?
